Her work blends creative direction, smart systems, and disciplined execution. She leads high-impact events, integrated campaigns, and operational frameworks that bring clarity to complexity and momentum to ambitious organizations. Her career spans nonprofit leadership, executive management, event production, and marketing operations. For more than a decade, she led fundraising initiatives, large-scale events, and organizational strategy at the executive level before founding SarahStella in 2013.
Her work has included brand development, campaign leadership, photography direction, digital strategy, and event execution across diverse industries. Her approach blends big-vision thinking with structured systems — ensuring creativity translates into real-world results.
Sarah holds a degree in Public Relations (Journalism) from New Mexico State University, with minors in Marketing and Documentary Photography.

The “Stella” in SarahStella honors Sarah’s mother, Estelle — whose steady encouragement and belief in creative possibility continue to inspire this work every day. Her influence is a reminder that bold ideas begin with support, resilience, and heart!
